Abstract
This mathematical model generalizes maximum number of trade strategies that seem possible for us and which take place in the real situation. The trade effects on a homogeneous population were investigated basing on assumption that the maturing species, recruited the spawning herd, do not differ essentially from the adults. The basic model of the number dynamics of the exploited population, is described by the equation.
