It is of great importance to carry out independent innovation national strategy for constructing innovation country, but at home and abroad lacking research or making consensus of the mechanism of independent. Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper firstly does define the concept of the independent innovation .Secondly, analyzes on the circulate process of knowledge transfer. Lastly, according to the process of knowledge transfer, we dissect the mechanism of independent innovation minutely, having certain realities and theoretical significance.
