Abstract :
In view of the current operation of China´s power supply companies, a performance evaluation index system is established in this paper. Then, based on the concept of benchmarking and radar-graph method, an applicable bench-marking model for power supply company service is developed. With the data gathered from China Yunnan province grid company, the suggested model is demonstrated to be an efficient method which enables power supply companies to directionally find shortfalls in their service performance and take remedial measures.
