Abstract :
A technique is introduced suitable for using the Hilbert transform to design a homodyne vector network analyzer with only one sampling signal. In addition, methods to improve the accuracy of this already known technique are introduced. An example shows the achieved accuracy by using these suggestions, which can be implemented on every network analyzer controller without problems.
