Abstract
For large-scale business applications the amount of documents to be referenced and manual actions to be performed should be minimized in order to permit agile and on-demand deployment and change management. Declarative application deployment and change management is a set of principles for reducing these documents by capturing their knowledge in declarative deployment templates and decisions in declarative models and rules. This approach is implemented and analyzed in a feasibility study of SAP change management automation.
