Investigating, using sources of stress questionnaire, coping style questionnaire, easy flow adjustment center depression scale and statistical analysis, to polytechnic students in universities of Tianjin will find out the status and characteristics of graduate employment stress, stress coping styles and negative impact. In order to help student successful, we should analyze the objective and subjective reasons of graduate employment pressure, explore the impact of their own factors on employment stress, study coping style on job stress, analyze the negative impact on students caused by Employment Pressure, and thus raise the strategy for stress of the employment.
