Abstract :
With the development of the society, stress management is becoming the focus of enterprises, and the Employee Assistance Program is considered as the most effective way to it. Thus, how to conduct the Employee Assistance Program is the key issue about promoting the constant development of enterprises and ensuring employees´ psychological health. This paper selects project managers as the study object, analyzing the effects of the Employee Assistance Program on project manager´s stress through the questionnaire research. Based on the statistical analysis, it suggests that precaution take effects as well as promoting project managers´ self-adoption.
