Abstract :
Nowadays, multimedia technology is widely applied in everywhere. With increasing availability of spatial data, there is an urgent need to develop way and means for providing easy accessibility and promote spatial data sharing. In this paper, we analyze the multimedia application, discuss the multimedia technology in video and audio. Multimedia system offers operators the opportunity to build an open IP based service infrastructure that will enable an easy deployment of new rich multimedia communication services mixing telecom and data services.
