Abstract :
In this paper, two mixer designs based on conventional independent double gate FET and junctionless independent double gate FET are compared using TCAD simulation. It has been observed that the performance of junctionless double gate device based mixer is on par with the conventional double gate FET based mixer except a small reduction in the amplitude of the final extracted signal.
