Abstract :
Arrays of dielectric resonator antennas (DRAs) are investigated as replacements for conventional corrugated feed antennas in a reflector system. These arrays are low profile, offer relatively wide bandwidth (15%), and are amenable to device integration. Prototype passive arrays of four and eight elements have been designed and tested at X-band. Arrays at Ka-Band are currently being designed.
