Abstract :
Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is suitable for effectiveness analysis of complex systems with multi-input and multi-output indicators. For the purpose of evaluating M&A performance and efficiency of listed coal companies, this paper utilizes DEA method to research 11 listed coal companies that has taken place M&A incidents in 2005, draws conclusions, analyzes the questions and eventually puts forward ways to increase it.
