Abstract :
With the increasing trend of building a low-carbon economy, the auto-finance industry is likely to encounter potential frustrations and conflicts. How to use national legislation system to support and specify the development of the whole industry is the one of the main issues of Chinese government. The suggestion provides government for correcting the vacuums and leakages in current systems.
