Abstract
Two new models are derived for single pulse matched microwave filters for radar applications. The filters use a lumped/distributed ladder topology. The first model contains lumped elements and commensurate transmission lines and the second contains lumped elements and non-commensurate transmisson lines. Implementation using microstrip and lumped elements is presented and the measured results show good agreement with the theoretical predictions.
