Abstract :
In china, we can not be optimistic about the status of the property management system, housing maintenance and the funds we need currently. There exsits some problems. Although consumed much manpower and material resources in the past years, the problems in housing maintenance have not been solved. This paper gives the design of Housing Maintenance Engineering System (HMES) by concrete analysis and does the best to find some useful methods for the problems.
