Abstract

Enterprises clusters have received renewed attention in recent years because clusters are today recognized as an important instrument for promoting knowledge creation and knowledge sharing. The knowledge sharing of enterprises cluster is mainly involved in two issues: knowledge spillovers and knowledge transformation. This paper, firstly, proposes a "four levels" analytical framework on knowledge spillovers in enterprises cluster. Secondly, it discusses the SECI\´s process of the knowledge transformation. Finally, it analyzes the key influencing factors of knowledge spillovers and knowledge transform.
