Abstract :
This paper describes a RF transceiver design for single chip Bluetooth SOC, which include RF, base band, MCU, and audio codec. The transceiver integrates all necessary functions for RX and TX mode. The RF matching network is also integrated on chip with one 50 ¿ antenna pin without external switch and filters. Some key circuit blocks such as RF front-end, VCO, and fractional synthesizer are discussed.
