Abstract
This paper provides a praxis report on how semantic technologies introduce the usage of ldquosmartrdquo and ldquoadaptiverdquo semantic workflows fostering efficient involvement of the actors from E-Government area in the service delivery process. Usage of semantic workflows is presented through use cases: a.) Semantic Service Discovery and Binding and b.) Business Rules Approach as a result of EC research projects - LD-CAST and FIT.
