Research on the Supply Chain Reconstruction Strategies under the Financial Crisis

In view of the bad effect on supply chain enterprises from current international financial crisis, the paper has put forward the necessity and urgency of reconstructing enterprises´ supply chain, analyzed the enterprises´ reconstruction strategy adapting to the current condition for the supply chain, and brought forward some effective measures. Under the financial crisis the supply chain enterprises will benefit from this paper which owns better research value and practical value.
