Abstract :
Systematic analysis to site selection of utilization of the offshore wind energy is made in this paper and evaluating indicator system of site selection of making use of marine wind energy is established, we comprehensively study the way site selection with grey theory integrated method, which causes the measure results to be more scientific and reasonably that using gray statistics method to establish evaluation matrix, determining the weight of related indexes with the gray connection analysis and carrying on the comprehensive judgement for decision support with the fuzzy method. We also developed decision support information system with VB and GIS on base of this model to carry on the especial analysis and the demonstration to the region related information.
