  • Abstract
    A novel single doping photorefractive material, LiNbO3:Ru, which offers photochromism for nonvolatile holographic storage is investigated in this study. The absorption spectra in the UV/vis region of the crystals are obtained at different Ru doping concentrations. Results show that the LiNbO3:Ru crystal can be used for optical holographic recording.
