Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the current heritage resources management models and according to the connotation and properties of heritage resources, this paper puts forward a framework of governance for Chinese heritage resources from the perspective of social network, the core of which include governance subjects and objects, governance structure and governance mechanisms. This framework is expected to help Chinese world heritage sites to manage their resources more effectively and realize sustainable development in the future.
