Abstract :
To improve the community-based service provided by university-affiliated stadiums is a win-win situation for both the university and the community. Based on the SERVQUAL model, this paper firstly establishes an index system for evaluating the quality of community-based service provided by university-affiliated stadiums and then constructs an evaluation model by applying the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The empirical results suggest that the evaluation system is easy to operate and has desirable application value.
