The analysis of the Northwest Energy Pipeline Competitive Strength Factors based on AHP

Based on AHP, this article analyzes the Northwest Energy Pipeline Competitive Strength Factors, and establishes the corresponding evaluation system. It also reaches the sort results of those factors according to the importance of achieving the overall goal. And finally, it proposes some relevant suggestions to the three types of Factors, which provides reference basis for the Government to plan and make industrial policies of the Northwest Energy Pipeline.
