  • Abstract
    In this paper, we present the measurement of the signal transmitted in the second generation digital terrestrial television standard in urban area. The transmitter was located at the Sljeme hill in Zagreb, Croatia and measurements were carried out at different locations in the city of Zagreb, Croatia. The channel power, the constellation graph and the bit error rate were recorded at every measurement points as well as the channel impulse and frequency response. Measurements were done via a common log periodic antenna and a professional receiver with signal analyzer. The minimum channel power interval for error free communication was detected.
