Abstract :
The complexity of electronic equipment structure makes the fault has characteristics of complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty. Based on the description of basic theory and aim at the problem of ambiguity and uncertainty of the electronic equipment failure probability, the paper introduced fuzzy set theory into electronic fault tree analysis and scientifically analyzed the various kinds of fuzzy information that be confronted by the failure of the electronic equipment. A material example of the application of fuzzy fault tree analysis method in the electronic fault diagnosis system was also provided. It proves that the method can analyze and process random uncertainty and fuzzy uncertainty failure event at the same time, which can effectively solve the above problems of electronic equipment faults.
