Abstract :
Along with the changes of economic form, enterprises face with increasing pressures of cost and competition. Integrating the internal supply chain is important to improve the operation efficiency. Using information technology, specially building information platform, can eliminate the “bullwhip” effect producing in the information transmission. This will improve the connection of information flow, material flow, fund flow and business process, and then increase the efficiency of enterprises.
