Design of the wireless points-scoring system in sports competition based on PDA

This system mainly consists of the PDA control terminal which is responsible for collecting the result data, the PDA client terminal which is used for transmitting data and sending instructions to the PDA client terminal, web server which provides the accessibility of the website and storage of the database. The adoption of the OO technology is included in the design development of the system. The PDA client terminal is developed by C# language in the development environment of ASP.NET 2.0, while the PDA control terminal is developed by Delphi 2006. This essay analyzed and designed the system, giving the comparison of different pattern of the network transformation and the reason of choosing UDP as the communication mode to ensure the real-time of the system. In addition, the author summarized the problems occurred in the on-site application and put forward the solution of data submission by multi-customer.
