Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrate that flat supercontinuum generation (SC) with high power spectral densities (PSD) can be achieved with a CW Yb fiber laser launched in photonic crystal fibers (PCF) owing two zero dispersion wavelengths (ZDW). Furthermore, most of the injected pump power is converted in SC power and SC extension can be controlled by tuning the PCF dispersion.
