Abstract :
With the rapid development of modern education and research work in college,the demand for an optimal structure of research personnel has been increasing.Here we come up with the idea to predicte the composition of academic personnel in college in order to better evaluate the quality of college academic level. We build the state transition matrix and probability transition matrix of the basic researchers in college based on the statistics data, and predict the personnel composition of academic personnel with markov chain. The results showed a gread feasibility and veracity.
