  • Abstract
    Under the concept of SOA, a new platform structure is present using RIA technology as the presentation layer. Contrast to the traditional E-Government GIS platform, this new mode improves in three fields: the integration of graphics and form, the visualization of structured data and the diversification of thematic map. From the standpoint of technical advantage, platform frame and function realization, this paper prove that the new model can effectively solve the three problems above.
