Abstract
This paper selects 198 Born Global Firms (BGFs) in Chinese Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions as research object to build a drive model of BGFs. The study finds that the entrepreneurship is the most crucial initiating force of BGFs; Relationship network, market environment and product characteristics also play important roles in triggering rapid internationalization of the BGFs.
