  • Abstract
    An efficient iterative method of moments (MoM) - physical optics (PO) method is proposed to analyze wire antenna array with electrically large platform, which is much faster than the conventional MoM-PO method. The image theory is used to describe the effect of an infinite planar ground. The obtained numerical results show very interesting phenomenon that the radiation characteristic of the antenna array is disturbed by the platform and the ground.
