Research on evaluation of MNCs´ technological innovation performance

The evaluation of MNCs´ technological innovation is a hotly debated topic around the world. This paper aims to provide some insight into the evaluation of MNCs´ Technological Innovation performance. We analyze MNCs´ technological innovation process in detail. Then the definition of technological innovation performance is presented. We divide innovation performance into output performance and process performance, each of which is given a detailed description in this paper. We conclude that MNCs´ technological innovation performance is composed of output performance and process performance, and insist that both output performance and process performance be considered when evaluating MNCs´ technological innovation performance.
