Energy is an important part of national security. China, Japan and Korea have made great contribution to the economic development of Northeast Asia, while at the same time, they depend seriously on energy resources. In the paper, we mainly studied the issues on technical cooperation of new energy between China, Japan and Korea, analyzed the cooperation basis of the three countries in new energy technology field, discussed the cooperation model between the three states, designed the running mechanism and the workflow of technical cooperation in new energy field.
