Structural Predicament in the Construction of the Team of Student Advisors in Universities and the Solution

Student advisors bear the tough task to cultivate the constructors and successors of the cause of socialism. The recent team of student advisors has confronted such structural problems as the incomplete administration mechanism in itself, low total compensation, under-developed theoretical studies, unstable staff, etc. To improve the team construction, there are much to be done, as deepening the understanding, strengthening vocational training, improving the system, achieving the sustainable development of the team of the student advisors, etc. This paper, through the empirical study in the current situation of university student advisors, analyzes the problems in the current construction of the team of student advisors, and proposes the new solution to improve the construction of the team.
