Abstract
Monocrystalline Nd-doped LiYF4 (YLF) nanofilms are deposited on YLF substrates by pulsed laser deposition. Interferometric technique, laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy are employed to determine the film thickness, photoluminescence and absorption band of the obtained samples.
