Abstract :
On the basis of discussing the present situation of urban transportation environment in Shanghai, this paper analyzed the environmental problems and its cause during the course of urban transportation development. In terms of sustainable development, the strategy that urban transportation development and environmental protection should be carried out simultaneously was proposed as well as its concrete countermeasures.
