Abstract :
This paper presents an house water meter net system which can offer service in city and country area. 1-wire bus TM (touch memory) card was adopted as meter´s prepayment data memory to build up a MIS (Management Information System). Hardware design, low power loss design and info security design of meter controller were discussed. The study indicates that optimizing on the info security of memory card and on the action credibility of electromechanical system will play great role in improving house water meter´s performance in measure precision, info security, reliability and battery longevity.
