This article analyzes the influences of transnational corporations´ international technology transfer effectiveness, discusses various combinations of investing mode and technology transfer, shows that they are not a simple monotonous relationship, and thus gets some indications that according to the different situations of entry modes and technology transfer, combining with China´s actual needs, we can take the appropriate policy so as to promote and improve technology transfer effectiveness of transnational companies.
