  • Abstract
    Beginning with discussing about whether internet virtual currency exchange should be taxed, this paper indicates that the monetary authorities should uniformly issue internet virtual currency which is money rather than ordinary commodity. And there is a design of the implementation steps of internet virtual transaction tax at last.
