The Issue of Internet Virtual Currency Should Be Uniformly Issued by the Monetary Authorities--The Topic Raised and Finished by Levying Tax on Internet Virtual Transaction

Beginning with discussing about whether internet virtual currency exchange should be taxed, this paper indicates that the monetary authorities should uniformly issue internet virtual currency which is money rather than ordinary commodity. And there is a design of the implementation steps of internet virtual transaction tax at last.
