Abstract :
The formation and development of industry agglomeration is the result of companies´ active choice. Relationship between different industries and businesses is bound to happen in the location choice. Industry cluster result from competition, adaptation, selection among enterprises. The competition and cooperation among the industries comes down to the two following: industrial symbiosis gathering duo to negative occurrence effect and industry association gathering owe to positive occurrence effect. Through mathematical analysis, this paper only gives three results between two industries in the ultimate sense: neutral symbiosis, a single industrial area and reciprocal symbiosis.
