Abstract :
This paper proposes the concept of the personal service and its characteristics, on the basis of analyzing the limitation of the existing intelligent network (IN) structure to the personal service. The paper describes a possible way to realize the personal service and gives the function of service creation environment (SCE) which is the premise of the personal service
