  • Abstract
    In the mode of c2c e-commerce, because of the increased degree of information asymmetry and frequent occurrence of internet fraud, the credit problem has ever been the biggest obstacle in the c2c e-commerce development. Taking Taobao as an example, through analyzing the personal credit evaluation system , this essay think what does Taobao do on personal credit method, reward points gradients setup is unreasonable. Through summarizing some credit deficiency problems it may bring, this essay suggests a new improved credit evaluation system reward points gradients decrease credit deficiency. Finally, in view of the c2c e-commerce, this essay suggests that the sellers should choose appropriate express delivery and our government perfect the relevant laws.
