Abstract
Orthotropy of a plate´s material it is supposed cylindrical. The radially symmetrical compressing or expanding pressure acts on an inner edge of a plate. At a plate there is a radially symmetrical field of temperatures. The combined effect of the thermal and force factors of influence on buckling of a plate is investigated. The solution is executed by a Ritz´s method using the variational formulation of a problem of stability on a field of statically permissible pre-buckling stresses and with the preliminary conditions in an integral kind.
