Abstract :
With the development of turbine-generator unit at the direction of high parameters, high capacity, and in order to ensure that the unit is safe, reliable and operated optimally, research of monitoring and fault prognostics system for turbine-generator units have now become an important research topic. Using the advantages of embedded system such as fast computing speed, small size, low power consumption, as well as its good adaptability to the special industrial environment, an embedded data pre-processing and fault prognostics system for turbine-generator units is developed in this paper, which implement the functions of data acquisition of generator unit and its threshold data analysis, pre-processing, real-time storage and transmission and fault diagnosis etc. It can make the upper management and field working staff to grasp the full information of the generator units at working condition and improve the security, reliability and operational efficiency of generator units, reduce the bug losses and achieve the purpose of maintenance and operations to generator units.
