Abstract :
Resource-based industrial system is composed of many interacting elements. Based on the comprehensive academic research and extensive investigation, this paper proposed the model of external environmental influencing factors on the evolution of resource-based industrial system. The paper employed the DEMATEL method to analyze the model, and considered industrial policy as the key influencing factors on the evolution of resource-based industrial system.
