Abstract
The possibility of realizing a undersampled sampled-data frequency-translation and filtering system with application to the radio receiver channel is studied. The advantage of this technique is the fact that the signal channel is selected after frequency-translation. Therefore a lower selectivity is needed and the system can be fully integrated. In addition the SC technique allows to process large signal amplitude which balance the additional in-band folded noise due to the undersampling technique. The integration of the full system in a 0.5 μm CMOS technology validate the proposal
