Abstract :
E-commerce is a new form of economic activity that uses the Internet and electronic technology to assist people in conducting various business activities. E-commerce is a new kind of activity space and form created by people with modern Internet technology by using the Internet as a carrier, but e-commerce is not in a confronting position to other forms of economic activities; instead they are closely related and inter-penetrating. While enhancing economic efficiency and creating huge economic benefits, e-commerce, as a new form of social economic activity, brings a lot of ethical problems. This article starts with the ethical problems existing in e-commerce, summarizes the manifestations of the problems in e-commerce, analyzes the causes and then proposes approaches and solutions to these problems.
