Abstract
Based on the panel-data of Hebei province from 2000 to 2008, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the relationship between the R&D investment and the economic growth. The resuhs indicate that R&D investment has positive effect on the economic growth. The coefficient of R&D investment decreases gradually year after year.
