Restructuring of intrastation economy in terms of deregulation of power industry

In this paper, a function-part approach (FPA) to restructuring of intrastation economy in terms of the deregulated power industry is considered, conceptual bases of functional restructuring of intrastation economy are represented and a model of the mechanism of the intrastation economy is offered. This model permits to increase objectivity in assessment of the activity of subdivisions in a power industry enterprise. This model is an economic basis of their independence. Some practical stages of realization of the FPA are defined in this paper.
